Getting your order to you
Standard shipping is free on all orders over 75 GBP. Orders under 75 GBP are charged a flat 4.95 GBP for shipping. Standard shipping takes 3 to 5 business days. We ship to the United Kingdom and the European Union only.
Sending something back
You may return any unworn item within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. After 30 days we cannot accept a return. Returns are free and we email you a prepaid label. Refunds are processed within 5 business days of us receiving the item.
If something breaks
Every product carries a 2 year warranty against manufacturing defects. The warranty covers stitching, hardware and material failure under normal use. It does not cover accidental damage or ordinary wear.
How to pay
We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express and PayPal. We do not accept Klarna, Afterpay or any other buy now pay later service. Payment is taken when the order is placed.
Changing your mind early
An order can be cancelled free of charge within 2 hours of being placed, by replying to your order confirmation email. After 2 hours the order has entered picking and can no longer be cancelled.
What you are charged
Prices include VAT. If an item you bought goes on sale within 14 days of your order, we credit the difference on request. We do not price match other retailers.
When we are open
Our opening hours for support are Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm GMT. We are closed at weekends and on UK bank holidays.

You can contact our support team by email at support@harbourandpine.example. We reply to every message within 1 business day. We do not offer phone support.
What we do with your details
Our privacy policy is short. We never sell your data to third parties. Personal data from an order is retained for 24 months and then deleted.
The legal bit
These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights.
